The school bus had 4 students and the driver, it was driving to Furr High School, when it took a dive from an overpass. The school driver had no prior convictions or complaints, and the bus had been recently maintenance in the summer. Two students died, and the other three were severely injured. One student died on the scene, and the other student passed away once he got to the hospital. This tragedy was yes and accident but also with these tragedies comes with law suits. This school operates as one of the largest public schools district. When an incident like this happens, the superintendent steps in for the families and the community.
