After 31 years of living a lie and thought to be murdered, was found two weeks ago alive in Dusseldorf. In 1989, the case was closed the Pazsikas was murdered but her body was never reported or found, the court ruled this case a murder because there was no further evidence. Police were called just a few weeks ago due to someone reporting a burglary, she showed an expired identification card and was proved to be the missing student. She had been living this secret life, where she had saved enough money to start a new life, with no expiation of her past life and no contact to anyone in her "real life". To me, I can't even comprehend her reasons for this because I think this is absurd. But I found this fascinating that the courts ruled this over thirty years ago, and she is just now being appeared, this seems to far fetched to even be belivable.
