After 24 years, Paul Jackson was arrested


After a man being on the run for over 24 years, the man being accused of kidnapping and torturing two women has been brought into custody.Paul Jackson and his brother, kidnapped two prostitutes and held them captive for days, then they were arrested. After they were released on bail, they had never been seen since.  On Monday, he was arrested in Guadalajara, and he will be brought back to Oregon following court in Mexico. This is fascinating to me that he was on the run for so long, it is also reassuring to the victims finally have closure and are safe for over twenty years.
